The menu offers different selections from the other restaurants serving breakfast, such as chilled melon with mint, selection of speciality teas and coffees, BLT sandwiches, brioche French toast, and Belgian waffles. Sabatini's is also open to suite passengers from around 7.30am to 10.30am for complementary breakfast beginning with a glass of Mimosa (orange juice & Champagne cocktail). Guests can retire to Adagio's next door for their desserts and speciality Italian cocktails ($7.95), Spirits and liqueurs (from $5.75 to $10.75) and Italian coffees ($1.75 to $2.50) if they wish to. The three course menu begins with Antipasti consisting of hot and cold appetisers, soups and salads, followed by a pasta course featuring the chef's nightly speciality, and then the Secondi Piatti (main courses) offering meat, seafood and chicken options. Open from 6 pm to 11 pm, Sabatini's offers speciality Italian cuisine and premium seafood on an a la carte menu. Sabatini's Italian restaurant, located on deck 16 (Sun Deck), offers fine dining with a view, and is one of the ship's two additional charge select restaurants with reservations recommended. Ruby's Michelangelo Dining Room on deck 5 (Plaza) of the ship is open for dinner only between 5.30pm and 10pm with anytime seating arrangements allowing passengers the flexibility to select a dining time to suit each day, seated either with other guests or at a table for two (dependent upon availability). Vegetarian options such as aubergine lasagne and fettuccine alfredo are also available along with Lotus Spa healthy options.
